Deal Breaker’s Power is Master of all Weapons (And wants to collect Sapphire’s bow to add to his collection) He works with his Partner Bloodhound! the hulking Diamond Dog that does all the Super Strong work (Maybe a Hint on his collar for the logo for the future :D ) Deal Breaker works in the Black Market and sells all kinds of goods no matter what they are…Everything has a price! And he’ll supply other villains with goods, Gadgets and Information!
