Try looking up NSFW sites. Minus8, a well known internet artist, made that gif to celebrate the dlc for Mario Kart 8. This trend and his costume character designs base on Mario enemies (Shy Guys, Koopa Troops, etc) and even Toadette are favorable to a lot of people, mainly for NSFW art.
