Pretty sure the top-left shot and the bottom shot are from the same scene, two different ponies, and I don’t think the top right one is him either.
 
Don’t know who all those ponies in the top image are, though, although the white one is on a snowboard?

All the equals ponies’ hair styles are standardized. Maybe it went with the territory and him got his normal style back when freed.

Interesting, if he is the same then they might have just spoiled the end of part two. We could have a villain that gets away here given what happens in the trailer.
 
Though as its been pointed out the mane and tail are different so maybe they are some ponies that haven’t been caught by the whole equal mark thing yet. Maybe some kind of resistance group or something.
