A lot of people in the vore community refer to a gut that low as a “crotch belly” or “Deep vore” but that’s more often than not saved for when it’s all only in that area. It’s also not used when it’s just a normal belly hanging between the legs…as that’s just a normal distended gut. lol.
 
EDIT: Just realised how much it makes sense to push the gut between the legs here, as her apron is more tight towards the front. And more open towards the back…if that makes sense?
