The artwork is well-done, and…it is not entirely implausible that Celestia would handle this situation in this way. Her own magic could keep Twilight from suffocating or being dissolved by stomach acid, so she could conceivably do just enough to keep Twilight alive, and then let her figure out the rest.
 
“Twilight, if you are not able to find a way to teleport out of my stomach past my magical defenses, then I am afraid you have only one way out. You may use my shower, if that happens, but do try to avoid it.”

You know what the worst part is? Once you teleport into the womb, you can’t teleport out. The princess’s umbilical chord attached will sap away any use of spells. How do you think unicorn mom’s and foals survive pregnancy?

Satyr refers to half goat half human creatures. We tag half pony half humans as satyrs even though they should be Hipotanes if you’re going by literal dictionary definition.
 
Futanari has a specific definition, but we alias futa, herm, dickgirl, etc all into futa.
 
Vore literally means eating, but the use of the term refers to any fetish involving one person being encapsulated by another person by any means, whether or not it involves the digestive system. It gets the vore tag. Deal with it.

The term ‘vore’ originates from the Latin word ‘vorus’, meaning ‘to devour, consume, eat’.  
In English, ‘vore’ is a combination form, meaning ‘one that eats’, as used in words like carnivore (literally ‘one that eats flesh’).  
Unbirthing could really only be considered a type of vore if you’re willing to say that Celestia’s vagina actually ate Twilight.
