OMG, with the Ipad I don’t see the pixels low quality but now using my computer I can see the badly pixel jpg. Even the thumbnail is bad. It like they save it as a gif or jpg but save it over and it lose even more pixel.

That line actually goes across her nose. There’s one or two other such lines on the pic (like one coming down from the top left across Celestia’s face). I think they’re to do with the fake shine added to the oddly-sparkling cake. :)

I see them too. Bluse’s art has always been heavily compressed. He seems to favor JPEG, even for images like >>823995 where PNG would be better (and SVG the best).

I don’t know why OP decided to be a duck removing the “needs more jpeg” tag, but since it’s a tag “for images with noticeable compression artifacts” (cit.) and this picture does have such artifacts, the tag stays there or I’ll have to call for the mods to decide on this.
