I’m going to go ahead and give a vote for “is Equestria Girls” on grounds that he actually is a (minor) character in those movies who was created specifically for them, while in the show proper he’s just a background pony.
Not that it really matters, but y’all know how I love to overthink these things.
It’s a tough call. On the one hand, Pony Flash did eventually appear in the show proper. On the other hand, the Flashlight ship has yet to be seen outside Monkeyland.

Depends on if you consider Flash to be Equestria Girls or not.

Because I made a Trixie featured a two weeks ago and Liam made a Trixie featured a few days ago (and everyone blamed me). Some day, it’ll happen.
No Equestria Girls images can be feaured, I guess.
Apparently a character saying Taco Tuesday means tacos must their favorite food, like a character probably saying muffin, buying a pie, or a pony opening a jar of peanut butter. I’m not really a big fan of Sonataco though, although I would like to see more peanut butter crackers with Trixie in Friendship Games though.

Naw. It’s that that it’s fun to stick to silly tropes, because why the hell not.
And i’m sure that Sonata eats more than just tacos or that Soarin’ is interested in other things besides pie, What about Derpy and her single-issue wonk over muffins??? The same could be said for most popular background and secondary characters. I swear this fandom can be so narrow-minded sometimes.
