It wouldn’t have been that hard to sort out. The game interface could easily be modified to accommodate two panels for dual-use buildings, one for “ponies what live here” and one for “ponies what work here.” And to avoid giving players a free source of income with a residential building, you could make the shop part a separate purchase. So if you get Sugarcube Corner by unlocking Pinkie Pie, you still have to pay X bits to open it up for business–or, conversely, you can pay X bits to build Sugarcube Corner as a shop before unlocking any of the ponies who live there.
I would have if I could during my high school years.
I spent all the free time I could there with friends playing children’s card games, DnD, and online games.
“Slumming it” was supposed to be read as a Troll/joke. I mean what sane Pony lives at the Local Library? Thankfully the Sent of Old Books must be enough to cover the musty stench of her living there with her Baby Dragon in tow…
Have we ever seen evidence that anyone else lives with Rainbow Dash? (Aside from Tank, of course.) And I’d say that Twilight Sparkle was living in the Golden Oaks Library, not “slumming it” there; heaven knows if I had the opportunity to live in a library, I’d take it, regardless of how rich or noble I was.
It does seem that way but I do remember her seeming to have an entirely different house. Could easily have seen it wrong or something though.
Well that’s just plain wrong. She doesn’t even live there, does she? I think she had her own house in the Maud episode.
I guess the “Context” here, would be the My Little Pony Gameloft Game. Where Sugar Cube Corner is sold as Pinki Pies “House”, or Home, and is not actually a Pie, and Muffen Shop…
Please find a decent developer (PS3/PS4 ~ X360/XBone. or Wii-U), to give the Fans of your Product a decent Game for a change….
Thank you a Fan…
I guess I care?
