I just don’t get why people are grossed out by that sort of thing. Do you have any idea what they put in factory made sausages? EVERYTHING!
Yet people go all ‘EWWWWWWWW’ over real bratwurst made from aactual ground meat where you know what’ in it.

I’ve also had the Argentinian morcillas, but never had the opportunity to try the Chilean variety.
In my country (Chile) we call it prietas and is a staple of southern food.
It’s considerably tastier (and less smelly) than black pudding though.
Black pudding is delicious. And yes, I was tricked into eating it without knowing what it was the first time. But having tasted it, I’ll happily eat more.
There ARE worse things out there, and at lest it’s cooked.
That’s still probably better quality meat than street hot dogs.
