an infrequently presenting paraphilia characterized by the erotic desire to be consumed by, or sometimes to personally consume, another person or creature.
 
Therefore, as the connotations of this pic are in no way sexual AND the artist agrees that this pic was in no way fetishy, it does NOT fit.

Merriam Webster gives the definition of vore as “one that eats (something specified)” I think that is applicable here. It does not necessarily mean a sexual fetish.
