Hey look, it’s the typical internet association fallacy whereby anything you don’t agree with is immediately construed to be Nazism, Fascism, etc., ignoring all of the reasons already given in support of this opinion in some bizarre, butthurt crusade to accomplish…what exactly? That ponyporn is a “creative medium”?
 
Well, I can tell you for fact that it’s not a “creative medium” because classifying clop art as a “medium” is an incorrect usage of the word “medium” to begin with. A medium is something like paint, ink, pencil, SFM, photoshop, or a book/paper—it’s not associated with the content of the piece in any way other than its’ physical composition (with a few exceptions).
 
Digressing, I can still see what you were trying to do. Pleading the First is logical in the case of, say, freedom of press. However, it (like many laws, policies, and similarly ambiguous statements) is not to be used arbitrarily, or without discretion. In other words, you have to use common sense when enforcing, or even considering these policies. By your logic, highly racist/sexist/otherwise offensive “art” (propoganda) should be allowed everywhere arbitrarily, simply because the First and the underlying concept even exist.
