I actually wanted to play it before Shulk was in SSB, but it was a very rare Wii game. (Though, now you can get a New3DS version, or WiiU download version.)
 
I always thought the song “You will know our names” (which was also featured in the fangame “Minty Fresh Adventure”) was a kickass song.

I own both versions of Smash but haven’t played XBC at all, and I bear no ill will for your sentiment. I really want to, but Nintendo of America’s making it really difficult for me between the “We’re bringing Xenoblade Chronicles here, but only as a Gamestop exclusive with no advertising and like 100,000 copies for the whole region so GL getting one below $100 now, jackass” thing and the “We’re not releasing the regular sized New 3DS here because reasons so fuck you sideways with a telephone pole wrapped in barbed wire and angry cats if you don’t want another XL” thing.

Nope, I barely even knew anything about Xenoblade before Shulk was announced for Smash Brothers. I was very confused who this person was at the beginning.
