Some people have very prominent bags under their eyes due to genetics, as opposed to lack of sleep.
I’ve got both, so the bags under my eyes are very heavy and dark.
Headcanon considered.
Anyway, the cosplay isn’t bad, but it kinda looks like she has bags under her eyes (late night studying?).
