If he isn’t just laughing like a moron, he’s probably making a bad joke.  
I originally planned on making this a larger piece, including more dragons. It was going to be an alternative raid scene to the one in Dragon Quest, where instead of going for phoenix eggs, they’re going for the girls in the next crater. Spike and the ponies are shocked at first, but it soon proves to be nothing but a game and the girls are playing along; screaming and laughing, getting swept off their feet and thrown into the lava pool. Frazzle thinks it’s retarded, but she lets Garble run around with her, because he’s the ringleader of the group and she doesn’t care enough about the silly game to embarrass him, but also because being a macho and a bit of a goofball is just part of who he is, and she doesn’t want him getting butthurt, because he’s annoying when he does. She doesn’t let him throw her into the lava pool, since ‘she just put her face on’.
