As far as it’s concerned, I wouldn’t even worry if this was on DNP or not. I always consult a moderator about things like this and get all the information followed with a go ahead or don’t upload. As far as I can tell, the last pony art made by this artist was in 2015 and may have long pulled the DNP after the art was released to a lot of other sites. Long story short, enjoy the art for what it is and if the artist didn’t want the art up on here, then I’m sure that they would add their name to the list.

Some artists don’t want their art on certain sites or want to be able to have control of their uploads, though it could be either the artist pulled the DNP later on or it was lost over time (which I doubt to be the case).
