AFAIK, absolutely anything can be uploaded to this site as long as it’s MLP related. This is a filter-edited screencap of the show, so it’s acceptable.  
But if you want to avoid these surreal edits of screencaps and art, you can add ‘deepdream’ to your list of hidden filters.
