I disagree. I think Prime Sombra would have been a lot more interesting if instead of woobifying him, the comics depicted him as being driven since foalhood by an insatiable hunger for power.

Poor Sombra, I can’t help but feel sorry for the guy. If the cartoon itself explained his past, would he have been cartoonishly evil from the start, or forced into his role after a lot of hard decisions?

For all the IDW comics did wrong, the one thing it did right was make me care about this guy.
