i read a book with a Vegetarian dragon he liked rice the most.

Well, here Oleander is drawn as a classical unicorn which while having an appealing look is much more about their magic, making that the perfect Twilight expy. Velvet the reindeer is more about grace and style, so a good Rarity replacement.
