Well, comics characters are rarely seen outside of their comics, and a character seen once in its own comics is basically doomed to obscurity. The only reason Loops was chosen was that the author needed the most obscure yet canon character of them all that still has at least one line of dialog.

I don’t know if you will see this comment, but I like this art. Loops was such a sweetheart it’s a pity she was never shown again even as a silent background blink type character.
I’m also somewhat surprised there’s not more art of her. I know she was a very very minor character in the scheme of things but still.
