Still, I do love it when people either create designs for unseen parents of each of the mane six or create fan art of the canon parents (or in this case, run with headcanon). I’m a bit of a sucker for family pictures

That what I like to assume fact that she could be Someone could have raise her by herself which Fluttershy could be adopted by her she could her Aunt. But we don’t really know for sure who she is at the moment right.
