He did bail Twilight out when she was framed by Sunset Shimmer (back when she was evil) though. He also joined in Twilight’s bad dancing, (one of the few amusing things he’s done) so got give him some credit.

I think that’s why I kinda feel sorry for him in a way. I’m not a huge fan of him either, but I think he kinda gets dumped on by the fanbase more then he deserves.
 
I also find the usual reasons for the hateraid that “it’s because he’s bland/doesn’t do much/ect.” ironic, ‘cause that never stopped people from liking all the BG characters who’ve done less then he has in the show.

Well, not all of us feel that way, but I don’t get that logic either.
 
What makes it further ironic is, Sunset used to be almost as hated as him, (I remember people calling her a “boring typical high school alpha-bitch villain” and such) ’till “Rainbow Rocks” came out, totally woobie-fied her, and now everyone loves her. (Nothing against Sunset, mind you.)

Probably the pony one. You know, trying to date the alternate counterpart is kind of like trying to date someone’s twin; they may look the same, but they have different life experiences that result in a distinct person. It’s probably for the best.

I heard he was portrayed nicer and had better moments than RR, but he still didn’t do anything of prominence.
