My dreams typically involve BDSM things, and are rather enjoyable. I think, anyway, I don’t remember most of them.
I guess it is only for people who tangle themselves in bed sheets or manage to smother themselves with a pillow while they are asleep… Or maybe if you have a cat who likes to sleep on your face =/
In all seriousness though, maybe people who get this nightmare are just afraid of deep waters and don’t know how to properly swim? I never got this nightmare because I’m good at swimming and like 3 DOF… Though I do have a fear of heights and so I get falling to death dreams from time to time =P

That’s not bondage. Bondage involves being bound, but it’s not the same as being bound.
