in terms of power?
still considering how complicated to get susanoomon, it seems omni/omegamon has the (slight) edge.
I always considered Omnimon/Omegamon and Susanoomon roughly equivalent.
let’s wait and see. sunset is really pushing the ‘this is not even my final form!’ gimmick. going to be a hassle to redo everything because the new form bumps the last current one to a lower tier of evolution X_X
but yeah the avatar of friendship fills susanoomon better (unless an even more suitable creation appears)
I generally think of those two as roughly equivalent; either way it’s the fused “above mega” form, and the Avatar of Friendship feels like it would fill that role.
based on how it was made it’s closer to susanoomon (but it also applies to daydream shimmer as well)
Speaking of the Greymon evolution chart, would The Avatar Of Friendship be equivalent to Omnimon/Omegamon?
BTW I haven’t seen Friendship Games yet so if I’m missing any details please forgive me.

And technically, Sunset was a human when it happened/ :)
but isn’t spirit evolution mostly human to spirit (though it might still be open if they use something similar in any sequel).
now if only sunset will have to punch something to power-up…

sunset satan technically is, if you factor who armor digivolution works (evolution thanks to an item/macguffin)
a fully armored sunset shimmer form won’t be out of the question for the sequels.

demon sunset so far is only accessible with the crown, so i classified it as ‘armor’ despite the dark nature. might change if she can access that mode again without the crown
