A collab that big could work if you had only one or two people writing. Hell, if I knew how the VDC played out (given it’s all horribly out of order) and had any skill in SFM beyond simple posing and models of all the OCs (and AFAIK Puppysmiles is the only one who doesn’t) I’d probably try and rewrite it.
On the subject of Puppysmiles, I noticed her tangibility is rather inconsistent. It’s plot-important that she’s left behind at the start of the roller coaster, but other than a door she’s tangible to everything else, hell, she appears to be completely tangible to the coaster car until it starts moving. How was the boat moving her? And how is someone petting her here?
@Jarkes
Although, in future days they did put the blogs in different groups so they could keep it contained within one little area. There was also a story line of sorts that became more relevant as blogs either dropped out or were eliminated.

I wish I knew that stuff myself. Story wise and stuff like that I remember the thing was a complete disaster with people dropping in and out at the drop of a hat. Stuff never getting any explanation and various other issues. Heck I seem to recall a few blogs that forgot they were even participating in it until months later.

To be blunt, I found the whole thing to be really dumb.
Only reason I knew of it is because of Jan’s blog, the only one I followed that participated.
@IceKitsune
I got the gist of it, but it still left me very confused. Why would anyone want to go on something called a “Vocational Death Cruise”? Wouldn’t the name alone raise some red flags? What did it have to do with being “Vocational”? Was there a job opportunity implied? Did it actually have a main storyline? Not from what I could tell, because most of the contributors just seemed to be telling their own stories..

From what I recall of it, basically everyone went on a cruise that either had death traps on it in various areas or took them to an island that had death traps on it. Or It might have been both of those situations together.

And this is why collab comics with 8 or more people are a BAD IDEA.
