All ponies deserve equal amounts of tickling.
Of course. Good tickling is provided by the state at noon for workers that get unequal amounts of stress. The bad tickling is used to make unequal ponies see the error of their ways over several hours.
So, those that follow Glimmer get tickles as a reward for all their hard work, as a way to relax? And those that are unequal, get worse tickling, as punishment, and will only stop if they become equal?
Of course. This tickling can serve to be a way relieve stress after a day of hard work, or it can be made more…interesting as a punishment for being unequal.
