Defaults don’t bug me, but untagged pictures are annoying. As long as something is tagged properly I can filter it out to taste. I expect to no longer see this kind of material but far too often it still pops up because of not being tagged correctly. I understand that comes down to the uploader’s responsibility, but perhaps featuring a list of touchy subject tags more prominently would help.

As far as I am aware, Derpibooru was created to host a multitude of different types of brony culture artwork. That doesn’t mean every type must be tolerated here. Leave the pornography to the private blogs and sites where it is accepted; Derpibooru should not be there for it.
Please do more polls like this in the future. I feel like it helps the community by letting the masses show their feelings on topics, or at least the ones who go to the poll in the first place.

On the topic of ““cum on toy””, while it may be a a fetish that a large majority hates, there is still a minority that enjoys it, For instance, Gentle Coltte of Leisure has become derpibooru-famous for his fart fetish. Someone could argue ““what makes my fetish so different from his””. Many people just laugh the farts away when it comes to GCoL, yet become viciously agitated when the ““cum on toy”” pics started.
I could easily accept the idea that a bunch of trolls jumped onto this vicious response the ““cum on toy”” pics. To deal with the large userbase that dislikes everything related to this tag, and these trolls in one fell swoop, just put ““cum on toy”” as hidden by default. That way, people who actually want it can see it in an easy to locate manner; people who hate it won’t have any excuse for still seeing it despite being hidden by default (aka they looked for it, or allowed themselves to see it); and anyone making content for the tag for the sole reason of trolling the people who decided to unhide explicit will likely stop creating that content, further purifying the tag to those who actually enjoy the fetish. If people upload the pics without the appropriate tag, treat them the same way you would treat people uploading pictures during a raid. (eg mass horse dicks spam).
For real human nudity or exhibitionism, the site should ensure that it has the consent of the subject to feature a given picture.
Real humain nudity can be found and posted anywhere on the Web, unlike the Cum-on-toy pictures. Sometimes, it is useful to have offensive and insulting pictures to, let’s say, start intelligent discussions on Internet, how would we find such pictures if one of the most relative image category is excluded from the only (well, almost only) centralized place where one can easily find them?
If anything should be hidden by default, it’s the “equestria girls” tag!
