I’ve added the tagging guidelines to the dropdown on the Tags link in the navbar, might help people find it if they don’t need to go to the crowded footer.
 
Additionally, I gave the text on the reports page a good trimming in an attempt to get people to actually notice the important bits, along with some updated rules summaries so people have some understanding of #6 and have to change the selection for a takedown. Relatedly, I redid the text on the reporting and dupe reporting buttons in the hopes of getting people to not constantly make reports consisting of “delet this I made update”.
 
Hopefully this will all make people better understand what they need to do.

I have a question. Why is the URL now Trixiebooru and not Derpibooru? Could have sworn it was the latter yesterday.

Trixiebooru is simply a different domain, not a replacement. You can use either.

It did get a name change like three or four April Fools’ ago, and the alt name just kinda stuck around as an alt name.

Moved number of replies down in topic metabar as it looked out of placed and wrapped very strangely (then had to completely rework that area piece by piece to finally deal with bizarre wrapping behavior without everything being broken).  
Also put the list favouriters tab in the image options area third. I know many of you would prefer the warm feelings of favouriting over the harshness of reporting, but one of these things is a critical function needed for us to actually do our jobs and that everyone needs to know about, and the other is some “neat” information. A further change will be coming sometime later to make the report tab start out expanded. Further changes to this area will inevitably include somehow separating tag and source editing, because that kind of coupling is problematic, but I’m not sure how this will be done presently (perhaps making the header/label words also edit buttons).

I’m still not sure that it’s appropriate or necessary for the report option to start expanded. That seems like a bad design idea with the state of mind it creates going in.
 
You know, the priming effect and all that.

Put list of favoriters back as the leftmost option. The thing 99% of the users use is more important than 1%, even if the 1% use it way more. If you want comfier reporting for yourselves so much, add an option to have reports start selected and expanded.

I don’t really get the point of moving the tabs.  
Not because favoriting is more important but it doesn’t really change any functionality. It’s not more or less easier to move your mouse or finger over.

People are likely to only read the first word or to to try to figure out what something is. It’s quite easy for someone to not realize where the report button is if it’s behind multiple words and icons in a row.

People aren’t that stupid, and people who are that stupid won’t get persuaded to report. Also, before saying something as general as that, do a survey.

Same for me as well.  
If someone already thinks an image is rule-breaking, they’re not going to have trouble finding the report button.  
And if they didn’t think the image was rule-breaking, they wouldn’t be searching for the report button in the first place.
