To be fair, I can understand why he would want it to be changed, since it would be kind of easy to confuse the two of them.
 
But yeah, it isn’t a great name.

@EPPony I wonder why everyone came up with a name like “StarSHINE”. Still, what would this “robot”, and other robots suggest? Who ARE the robots anyway?

I don’t know, but Sassy Hooves sounds for me more like a shipping between Sassy Saddles and Derpy Hooves. Millie Anna? Hmm, maybe Millie Ann? Or how about something with cerise (because of the mane) or posh or fashion? Fashion Cerise/Posh Cerise?

She looks something like Jane Lane from Daria.  
Maybe “Jane Mane”?

I heard someone suggest her name as just “woke” which tickles me for some reason. But yeah, Valley Glamour or Valley Glam sounds decent.

How about chic? As in Valley Chic (or Chic Valley if you prefer). It means essentially the same thing as it would with “Fash” or “Glam”, but I think it rolls of the tongue a little easier.

Say Hasbro/DHX made a slice of life episode revolving around the EQG background humans to advertise for toys based on those characters. What would the companies call the characters? Obviously not the names the fandom gave them. Do you agree? Also, still, what do you think Hasbro would call them?
