Well we’ve never had a bad Rarity episode so smart money’s on good.

It’s Maud episode. Of course it’s gonna be good.

(Though, in my opinion, we haven’t had a bad Maud episode either).

Maud is rather boring. At least, I much rather Limestone or Marble.

One sister feels endless rage, the other can communicate only in squeaks and mumbles. I’m sure the writers could get a good episode or two out of trying to socialize them.

Maud is only boring on her own. Without a good foil (ex. Pinkie, Rarity, Twilight), she’s basically a flat character. That’s kinda how her brand of humor works.
 
It’s kinda like Tom without Jerry (and vice versa). On their own they’re one-dimensional characters, but together they are one of the funniest duos of all time.

Exactly. And that’s exactly why I don’t like her. I hate how characters basically have to cater to her whenever she’s in an episode.

The funny thing is that she’s only really been missing for a season technically. Granted that’s still a while, but before then she appeared not only as a major player in cutie remark, but she had an actual role and scene in what about discord not long before.
 
I feel like people forget those and think of her last appearance as being at the beginning of season 4.
