“rainshine” should be directed to “Rain Shine”, that made a character tag and implying “Kirin”

How can it be that Jules Winnfield counts as a character and Vincent Vega doesn’t (both aren’t really characters, only ponified twice already)?
 
While we’re at it, Whinnyfield and Vinny, their movie ponifications, should be character blue.

Retro Leap seems to be similar to the generation leap tag except that it’s from pre-G1 ponies, not a specific character.  
Lady Cupcake seems to be the same as cupcake (g2).

Didn’t know such a thing exists. Is there a point, though? We know Fast Bun for more than four and a half years and Starlet Radiance for more than three years, yet no one named them.  
I’m not so sure if anyone will be interested in voting on names for them now.
 
Edit: Kind of the same like with Banana Peel, who I named via tagging (cause I didn’t yet know this thread here exists) and she just got a name tag because no one else came up with a name for her for more than four years:

That, and is there any better way to tag her without the “(character)” part? Or is that necessary to separate her from the normal crystal ball tag, like Sphinx is?

It’s necessary so the normal Crystal Ball images don’t get mixed in with the character.
