i just made an account and my artworks were upload there a long before so i already have a tag, and the tag that was given to me based on my FA username isn’t used here so i think it’s logical to change it.

I think you should make a new thread for that, please, maybe under the Tagging Discussion forum, or report it as a separate report and staff will look at it.
 
This thread is for artist aliases, not normal tagging discussions.

PROGRESS UPDATE
 
I’m still working on these and will try to get caught up in the next day or two, but with the new feature that allows people to change their own profile names we’ve had a lot of new, and sometimes fairly difficult to sort out, aliasing issues that are taking a lot of time. Basically, the profile name change is automatic, but all the links, DNP settings, artist tag descriptions, and other things behind the scenes have to be done by hand. For normal users, it’s not a problem, but especially if an artist’s Verified User Links includes their profile here, it can take a bit of typing to get set up again.
 
But, those problems seem to be quieting down, and I’ll try to return to these normal requests as soon as possible.

artist:nutty-nutzis -> artist:colossalstinker (currently in use, example >>1312711)  
Tag for artist:colossalstinker created on >>145630 to serve as target. There are plenty of name changes under nutty-nutzis. If using nutty-nutzis is preferable, please eliminate the ColossalStinker tag from that image.
