This Twilight should have wings considering she could’ve never became a princess thru friendship

Sci-Twi would not be an Alicorn in the pony world she would be a Unicorn as she hasn’t got though all the friendship lesson and test that Pony Twilight has.

I kinda skimmed through that, but enh, it could be a Metal Gear plot. Just add a couple betrayals.

Meanwhile, in Universe 501(c)(3), Twilight Sparkle’s curiosity about the strange goings-on in Ponyville leads her to build a magical magnet that can capture high-tech electronic devices for further study. The magnet strips Sunset Shimmer and her pony friends of their bionic enhancements, and after stealing some circuitry from the portal to Hominia it starts to go haywire, creating portals of its own that threaten Ponyville with deadly industrial robots. Eventually Twilight implants the stolen machinery into herself so she can learn more about human technology, and in the process she becomes a monstrous cyborg intent on destroying the pony world until Sunset defeats her with the most advanced technology of all: friendship.
