All this supposed extra hate and whatnot wasn’t on purpose, when I made the accusations I wasn’t doing so as a moderator, nor was i trying to use my “status” in any way, I was just doing it as a regular person, those people who gave you hate and reported you are sheep, their actions are beyond my control. Sorry this ever happened in the first place.

God I love reading these comment sections.

I do not understand much drama, if a problem had occurred i should be upset by what happened and not another (but i appreciate the “concern”)… and i did not want to comment too much because both text in English makes it difficult for me (not is my language)… besides, i gave him permission, if made to trace or redraw or edit is his problem, for me the problem is only if accept it was his original idea, if not, is plagiarism

If it’s any consolation, I apologize for initiating the plethora of misunderstandings and overreactions.

I am over it though… Perhaps in the future YOU as well can look at other people’s artwork on their page before making assumptions or accusations. I have original work as well on my page as well as MANY redraws. Some redraws almost completely different from the original piece. I TRY not to do that though cause I feel like I am ruining the original artist vision. But in this case I loved the piece so much that I did not want to change much at all, and you can see that. I changed the length of the horn and hooves, as well as her eyelashes. The mane and tail are not 100 percent either because believe it or not… I STILL have trouble doing Rarity’s mane and tail. No I did not trace it, and the only reason it took me 6 hours to do the piece cause I wanted Rarity to look almost like the original piece cause I loved the original SO much. Spike took a mere 10 minutes to do… since he is so much easier to draw as well as he has his back turned. There is NO EXACT definition for a “redraw” my friend, but I can tell you I DID NOT trace. As someone in a position of your power you should not come on here and bash me the way you did, and like I said I was addressing you in a fine calm manner until you posted a GIF to argue which is something A LOT of trolls do. So you can see why I blocked you. Hell I will even unblock you now if you want. But in the pass I have had MANY trolls inbox me or just haters in general. I reserve that for when people want a commission. So hence why I blocked you. You MAY or MAY have not reported me on DA but your actions and accusations on both derpibooru and DA can make other believe what you were spewing was fact. It could be one of your friends for all I know. but I am over it. and this is just a misunderstanding. I will just have to ween out the rest of the haters you sent my way and be done with that. but like I stated before do not bash a artist over one piece of artwork and especially don’t use your position of power to ridicule others on derpibooru. I mean look back at the first couple of remarks you made in the comments below. That does not seem professional at all, and I do apologize for my potty mouth, but I think you can see why I was so peeved.

I was calm… that is until YOU started being a smart ass and posting gifs. for your arguments. and then you come on here and whine about it too, which only sent a troll wave to my page. You expect me to be clam about this what you did, after I DID NOTHING WRONG? And it is my DA journal… I can write what I please. And yes I am STILL fuming cause now I have to deal with MORE people like you after what you have just done. I mean Jesus Christ man it’s a FAN DRAWING of a fucking cartoon horse. Why are you so hell bent on “being right?” I DID NOT blow things out of proportion YOU DID. And you KNOW you did. You came on here ranting about it.. informing the original artist and even after he said he was fine with it, you were trying to convince him into thinking IT WAS NOT.

You assume I’m mad. No, I’m just disappointed it got this out of hand so irrationally quick. I was just trying to find out if it was a trace or not. Yeah, I misread the description and thought it was a commission, so I can admit that was the first mistake and didn’t help things. Can you put out that fuse long enough to stop swearing and making just as many inaccurate accusations?

Give it a rest. I’ve not reported you(though i probably should, given your colourful language and behaviour), I’ve no desire to stalk you, and it’s shallow of you to think I would, I have many better things to do.
 
I’m surprised you’re still fuming, given I’ve explained myself, the problem and potential solution, and apologised for what I can.  
If it’s not a trace and not a commission, fine, no harm done, sorry. If you want to avoid future accusations, you know how to fix that. This was all meant to just query you about the situation, as traced artwork appears on derpi often and we look into it, we weren’t trying to cause trouble or get you banned from DA, though you did show a lot of suspicious behaviour which lead us to further believe you traced and were just trying to cover yourself, so the assumptions on the other reports were just attempts at educated guesses based on that. Tracers are especially quick to hit the “block” button in an attempt at defending themselves. Alas, there’s no definitive proof for or against you actually tracing, just evidence to suggest it’s a possibility, but as I said, you can fix that to avoid accusations in the future. The good news is it wasn’t actually a commission and the artist was fine with you drawing it (but seriously, I’m trying to be helpful, revise your terminology, just in case)
 
Also may I suggest you try and remain calmer next time someone approaches you? You blowing things out of proportion usually makes you look like the bad guy, even when you’re not, and it definitely doesn’t help anyone involved.

It wasn’t a commission…. _ I NEVER SAID IT WAS. You got a crush on me or something? Just fucking drop it already. The other times I was reported was for “Inappropriate art work” For violence and sexual themes. You make too make fucking assumptions about shit you have no idea about. The original artist is not mad about ANYTHING. So why are you???

The issue was that it was a commission while looking like a trace (money for work that looks identical to someone else’s). It apparently wasn’t a trace, but when laid over each other they’re so scarily close it’s quite hard to believe. Kinda silly he got offended when I implied it might be a trace, given it’s the result of exactly what he was trying to do, but w/e. It’s unfortunate that he thinks “redraw” means to make it as close to the original as possible when the meaning is actually to draw something similar but different, which is what everyone else does: takes the character, scene, pose, clothing, viewing angle even, and draws it in their own style. So the issue there was invalid terminology, and I just wanted to check with you about that just in case, but you’re giving the all clear at least (I’d rather he gave you a cut of the commission money, given your involvement, but fine).  
Shame I can’t inform him of his incorrect terminology or even apologise, let’s just hope he doesn’t cause an actual problem in the future because of it. scratch that, he already seems to be having problems…
 
I’m seeing he made a journal about it, It seems I’m not the only one who has made this assumption, given how many times he has been reported for it and that the title of the journal says “again”. I will just note that I have not reported him for it, because I’m not that petty, I obtain all the facts first. I also didn’t start noting him about it, so that’s 1 invalid assumption and 1 lie (and judging by his use of language, just generally trying to make me look bad, supposedly trying to redirect attention, doesn’t help he jumped straight to crying out about being offended).  
I don’t want his DA taken down, I just want to make sure he isnt lying about working several hours when actually just spending an hour tracing, using “redrawing” as an excuse to get permission from other artists to use their work and get paid for doing so, and then colouring them. So he either needs to change his strategy with drawing or stop lying about not tracing, and i don’t think he’s going to do the latter, regardless of factuality.
 
So, I’m sorry if his DA does get taken down, but it isn’t my fault.

‘I get tired of it so I’m blunt’ isn’t a very strong excuse when you’re taking this over onto a site in which you have authority. DA is a personal site for you by comparison (a valid assumption, I assume?), so whatever, no holds barred, but in my opinion it looks immensely unprofessional to go publicly raving about shit like this on the artist’s artwork, in your position of authority.
