Yes, it does make babies. Sadly, most teenagers learn this lesson too late and ends up in serious trouble for it.
 
This is also one of the reasons men avoid women until they feel that they’re ready to become a father. Unfortually, for the guys most women want to have sex while they’re still in high school and won’t wait until after they finish college or until after they get married. And that often gets them both into huge trouble.
 
People should have sex but only if they’re sure that they can support both themselves and their child. If they know that they can’t support themselves and the child than it’s better NOT to do it, otherwise they’ll pay the price for it later on.
