Actually no, it’s primarily facts, especially the parts about the ships not being canon and that interaction as clearly just friends doesn’t magically change that. There are some opinions too obviously, like stuff about the future, for example, but yeah.

I don’t think any main character ships will ever be canon, and I think that sort of thing will simply be left up to fan interpretation, but I never said that in my post. I don’t have too much of a problem with people thinking that their ship might be canon one day, even if I don’t agree. The problem is people who insist it’s canon right NOW (comics aren’t canon in general, but whatever, who even wants to get into a discussion about that at this time of night), or that every time two characters interact it must be shipping, which obviously isn’t true.
 
I’m not saying you’re doing that, but there are people like that other Background Pony who will certainly try. People like that are a minority, but yeah.

Nah, you’re delusional if you believe that, buddy. There’s nothing wrong with SoarinDash. Or Fluttercord. Or FlutterDash. Whatever ship you like is fine. But here’s the thing. None of those ships are even remotely canon, and there’s not the slightest shred of evidence that any of them are anything more than friends in the canon (doesn’t mean you can’t ship them, or imagine that they will get together, just means you can’t go around claiming it’s somehow canon), and that won’t be changing here in this comic either.
 
Again, must stress, that doesn’t mean you can’t ship them just as much, obviously, but this idea that you can somehow shove your ships down other peoples throats has got to end. Typically I just ignore you and the other shitposters, but it seems you have no intention of stopping, so here we go with this post.
 
Nothing is being ‘torn down’, and you’re just being completely nonsensical right now, because there’s no evidence of shipping fuel in these comics. It’s literally no different than the comics with two female characters, or two male characters. It’s friendship.
 
Anyway, nothing wrong with shipping any of those ships, they’re all just fine, but they aren’t canon, and morons have no business telling people what to ship just because they’re salty that not everyone agrees with their precious OTP. I’m really tired of hearing the squealing from retards every time certain characters so much as have basic interaction because they’ve deluded themselves into thinking it somehow makes their ship canon when in reality that’s nonsense. Like, that’s a small minority of shippers, and I won’t be unfairly generalizing, but they sure are vocal.
