And now I can’t post them because I’m in the hospital for gallstones. Removing a lodged one tomorrow and getting the whole thing out the next. Nothing to do but try to use my phone one handed for 14+ hours minus however long I try to sleep because of the IV in my left arm.

If it’s any consolation, I imagine that the short, “spiky” tail crest is just soft hair that holds its shape well.
