Well, since we are not subjected to the creators’ designs in this fanart page, let’s make Pinkie and the three endings instead of two.
 
Rainbow ending: Rainbow would try to cheer her up with a sports match. Probably something like tennis. To avoid unpleasant implications, karate, boxing and any other sport of that kind will be take off from the equation.
 
Applejack ending: She would give some food to Twilight, and they will end in something similar to the very first episode probably.
 
Sunset ending: Ohh boy, well, Sunset could match her in some videogame.

It’s not necessarily an anti-Timber thing, I just it would be a scenario in which Twilgiht was really sad and Pinkie could try Clownising her to try and make her smile again  
Could even be a CYOA episode ending

I don’t like Timber but I ask to myself if it’s not some sort of antitimber thing because I wouldn’t like to get into that.
 
I must admit that I’m starting to like sci-twi a bit after she grown some spine in Forgotten Friendship. To be fair I still prefer pony Twi but hey, it’s never too late to change my opinion.
