Second best safe image ever

In very real and literal terms, the rest of this image set had either “Cameltoe” or see-through bottoms, which moves them to the “Questionable” rating, which in combination with being a drawing that is clearly human we have decided to not host.
 
This image on the other hand is more of a “Coppertone Ad” - it’s on the blurry line between Safe and Suggestive, which we will host.
 
And, again, if someone would like to discuss the rules of the site any further, or continue any speculative discussions about the intentions of various laws, we have a forum for that.

Pretty much because some countries have harsh laws which have a negative impact on artists, but no one seems to mind. I just fear it will eventually bite us all in the face because many things here could be held as bestiality.

Last time I checked the rules about foalcon, they included only explicit images, not suggestive ones. I might be mistaken, but despite the suggestive nature pointed by Drefsab, it is not against the rules.
