Where’s the proof of this “hoax”?

i don’t want to stir up unnecessary drama, but in light of recent information regarding midnight ruby i think it would be in very poor taste to include this picture in the community collaboration. with not only the revelation that midnight ruby faked their death, but the more recent allegations that she was a fictional persona created for attention, i think at this point it’s safe to say that including this in the end-of-the-year collab would be pointless and would only pour salt in the wound of the people affected by this scandal. i know this is totally up to the discretion of the mods but this entire incident has become an ugly black stain on the history of this website and we are better off forgetting this and moving on then memorializing someone whose entire online presence was mired in duplicity.

Hello, everyone. Apparently, Midnight Ruby only faked her death. The reasons for this may be due to depression, but it still is no reason to betray all of her close friends like this. She has broken many hearts, made many people cry and provoked a lot of art and memorial work in her honor which she did not deserve.  
Maybe it is cruel of me to say, but I do not think she deserves to be in the community collab anymore. Whether or not you keep this image here is up to you now.
