While some preferred more traditional, fleshy appearances, a great many had taken to the new range of robotic upgrades that now populated the country. Rarity, always one to stick with the “in”, proved herself to be no exception. With her upgraded senses and her customer base shedding most of its physical weight, it was time for a new line of dress wear more suited to her new, futuristic shape…

Not to mention, boots, jewelry & hats, just to name a few things that would be easily worn as-is with that type of body-shape.
I think normal dresses could still work; the ponies still possess a front and back to hold up the fabric. It would droop in the middle but the material used can take account of that. As for new styles, Rarity now has a completely different canvas to work with. Rather than simply taking into account her client’s weight, build, colour scheme, etc, she now has a lot of negative space to work with. Floaty clothing could go well with floaty bodies.
This is not a critique, this is curiosity.
