Celestia can be irresponsible at times but I really like her motherly side. So my mom would be princess superior with the big posterior.
 
Luna is … well, loveable but a total mess. Cracks under stress/pressure, zero poker face, bad social skills. Definately not somepony I’d want as my boss. I also wouldn’t want the resident dreamwalker to hate my guts and potentially mess with my subconscience. She probably wouldn’t do that but better safe than sorry. And with the depression and self hatred thing she had going on she’d be the last candidate for the “terrible loss” spot.  
I’d want her as my bff, hang out and do crazy stuff in the dream realm with her.
 
Cadence would make a decent boss. She’s responsible, knows when to be chill and when to pull rank, when she can let her hair down and when she has to keep up appearances. So yeah, Bossdence I pick you.

The only way i could justify one of them hating me was to have an odd situation occur, so… Celestia is my mother and Twilight hates me for the incestial wierdness that is my relationship with Auntie Luna [ yes i went there ]
 
Cadence is my boss, she was bored and wanted a court jester, plus i needed to be far away from Twilight.

I heave heard that derpy is lunas and celestia’s mother and can go In time and future couse her eyes face different sides and makes messages about twilight she’s a secret agent or something she works at post office messenger or post Mayer and she is very special and the best pony and most loved as websites say because they are breacking the record of fans for her even for a background pony (DERPY) will be in, “season 4” and it’s true and she will still heave a speaking voice not derp eyes or maybe still but a little less derp not derpy called anymore but is still in mind she will heave many speacking roles however her voice is not low or funny like other anyway her new self or is that her first self, huh whatever I’ve got confused ok I consider the one with derpy were us not called like disrespectful and consider like dump I do t mean she’s dump but not calling her actually derpy even tho I still love her name her voice is nice sweet and her slow one but I prefer the good one for me but likely both are very nice and funny. She loves muffins and is a messenger postal package may at takes care of her family and she does learn fast and does the exact thing but sometimes says give me 20 but she gives money instead of push-ups but she is concurred much more intelligent than the averege pony websites and lots more bases says so she has a special thing wheach make sense in a way and does the exact thing not like rainbow dash see what I mean now.

Oh wait, Celestia is the one who hates me. Well, she doesn’t like that whole “crush on Cadance” thing. Not because she’s already married (though that’s a major reason) but because I’m not part of “her plan”.

So… Twilight would probably be a mother figure to me while I’d have a crush on Cadance, despite being repeatedly told that she’s married. She loves me back due to her being the Princess of Love, but who knows if she allows polygamy.
 
Fausticorn and I would share some common interests and she may harbor a crush on me, but I will be too oblivious to know it. I wouldn’t hate Celestia, but I would have some fear for her.
 
Which is probably why I work for Luna in the Night Guard Secret Police. Derpy would have outlived Dinky die on her (probably killed by some of the more ruthless Night Guard members) and she’d declare war on the other Alicorns in revenge, getting all the members of Ponyville save for Twilight’s own friends to turn against them.
 
It’s then that I am thrust into a war of attrition and must rely on my own powers to either defeat Derpy or overthrow Celestia.
