I remember this incident. This was a University sit in protest. All the students were conducting a peaceful protest, and “Officer Donuts” here, blasted everyone with chemical mace. The incident caused such an outrage, that the University terminated the police officer and several of the students filed for legal action and compensation.
 
The former officer on the other hand, is back bagging groceries.  
Right where he belongs.
