A bit late, but…  
Ponyville born.  
Second oldest of the ponytones, after Big Mac, before Torch Song and Rarity in that order. He was in the same class as Big Macintosh, as well as his only male friend of time. Often argued with Cheerilee over who got the most of Mac’s time. He and Mac were and still are the best of friends.  
Grew up a single child, and bonded with Mac as the brother each always wanted. Parents bitterly divorced, and he got over it by spending time at Sweet Apple Acres with his bro.  
Only agreed to be apart of the Ponytones so Torch Song would like him. Got his cutie mark in singing the night of their first performance. Dated Torch Song around the time Rarity joined the Ponytones and seized power from under Big Mac… Literally.  
To date, he and Torch Song are still together, despite numerous(read as two) breakups. When Mac’s parents died, he was the only soul, equal parts brave + loyal + suicidal + stupid, to get him to open up about it.  
Persuaded Raritya and Mac to date with Torch Song’s help, gave Rarity advice on how to get along with Mac but it ultimately failed in one of the few times Rarity was literally too generous for her own good and gave Mac up so “he’d be happier”.  
Currently works as the musical instrument crafter and delivery man of Ponyville and neighboring villages, and occassional spare hoof on the farm when good work is scarce to none. Lives with Torch Song, two blocks from where he grew up, in her tailor/fabric shop across the street from Rarity’s boutique. Unknowingly a father to be.
