On a side note, I feel as though I may have misinterpreted what you meant in your first message. Were you trying to say Merriwether would have a sour attitude as a result of the bronies negative opinion on her? Like, she’s miffed that no one likes her work, sort of bitter?
Yeah, you have a point. While I do like seeing the depiction art of the writers, it wouldn’t be nice if everything related to Merriwether was just negative. I mean, she has written stuff that are generally loved before FiM.
I don’t think one should depict the writers according to how the “fandom likes their episodes”. It’s really unfair to the writer. Because as the fandom has shown many times, they’re biased as all hell. It’s why most art of Merriwether depicts her as looking like Mare Do Well (purple color scheme).
