Seeing updates of G1 villains is nothing new, but I can’t help but think mining the “and friends” part of the old show for ideas to adapt might turn up something that’d be fun to play with.
@Wiimeiser
I think you misunderstood. I’m saying it’d be interesting to see someone, fan or canon, could make good use of something from the other cartoons that the G1 show was paired with, the part that made it “and friends” rather than just My Little Pony. In other words “Moondreamers”, “Glo Friends”, and “Potato Head Kids”.
I’ve read about them, but I haven’t watched them yet (though I plan to take a look soon), so I’m not entirely sure how this would turn out. But as an abstract notion, it seems like it’s worth a little time and could be interesting.
EDIT: Also, all the fuss over Grogar is really starting to get my goat.
@Nyperold
Nah, I just think they’re starting to bleat this one to death. It’s not like we haven’t herd it before. This has to stop, if only for the sake of the kids. Sorry for ranting, I’m just in a baa-d mood.
Scootaloo, Sweetie Belle, Apple Bloom, Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon, as the Troubadour, Alchemist, Protector, Sovereign and Landsknecht classes form Etrian Odyssey games respectively.
Trucy Wright and Kay Faraday swapping attire.
Sweetie Bot as either KOS-MOS or Momo from Xenosaga.
The ponified Grady Twins as Alice form the Shin Megami Tensei series.
Based off of something that happened to be in EO4:
A terrified Dancer frantically digging though her team’s exploration bag with several other healing items spread around her due to being haphazardly thrown about while, not too far away from her, are the rest of her guild mates having been petrified by a Muskoid only moments ago.
@Binkyt11
I kinda imagine her to be the protagonist of a La-Mulana game.
If you leave the guy idle in the game, you can see him slurping on a bowl of noodles from whatit looks like.
@SeraphimDawn
I could just imagine her doing something similar but with Cup•of•Noodles. Like, yeah she’s a renowned archaeologist but she still looks to it as a go-to sort food for writing and etc. Even though she’s tired of it, it has become like comfort food to her at this point.
