[Dark] Depression/Suicides within the fandom (The revival)

I love that game!
 
It is my second most played game and my most played out of all the pokemon games I own.

Does anybody else feel a bit of dark irony in the fact that a thread about suicide and depression has the phrase ‘the revival’ in it? Like I’m just saying it feels a bit too on the nose.

I have been known to refuse to speak when people ask me tough questions because I do not want to embarrass myself by telling the truth. I have tried to tell people what they have wanted to hear many times, and when something bad does emerge, they then nag me because I lied to them.

I love that game. I grinded in a hidden park in Castelia City to get an Eevee for about five hours, bred until I recieved an Eevee with the Quiet nature due to its decrease in the Pokemon’s speed and increase in special attack, gave it an everstone, and bred it some more with a Camerupt with the move Curse until I recieved a female Eevee with the Quiet nature with the move Curse. Then, I levelled it close to level 100. Then, I repeated this with an Espeon but with a different moveset and nature.
 
I think that I may overanalyze Pokemon games… haha
 
I fully intend on breeding an Umbreon like this in Pokemon Moon as well. :P

Also Lexapro and Zoloft are very similar so I doubt that is causing issues… If it did then the doctor would have made me go down slower
 
I actually do feel better than I did a week or two ago when I was on Lexapro.. but I still feel really tired… Meh

If you are getting less then 8 hours, you might need more sleep.

I’m getting 7+ hours of sleep… plus a 1-2 hour nap during the day
 
Still super, super tired… I used to get 3-4 hours of sleep and I’d feel way more awake than this

Anyway, I’m going to work out regardless… I’m going to drink a cup of coffee and then try to act as awake as I can while I’m on the elliptical and try to go 90 minutes… at least try…
 
And then maybe afterwards I’ll drink a couple glasses of wine and then go to bed

Pathetic… not even 25 minutes and I was barely even working out…
 
It was barely even at a moderate intensity… heart rate was only 150-160
 
Anyway… I’ll work out tomorrow again… tonight I just want to… sleep…
 
Not sure if I’ll drink some wine or not… hmm… I do feel like some tonight… not that I NEED it but… it is tasty :P

Well, I’m not gonna lie… that not even 25 minute workout actually felt pretty good… I needed it
 
I would have preferred to go longer.. but I was so tired that I just… wanted to stop
 
I’ll call the doctor tomorrow and see if I can go down on a few other medicines and see if that helps…
 
Maybe go down to 1 and a half pills at night to 2 pills at night (very small dosage change) and keep the 1 and a half pills in the morning the same for the Neurontin and maybe go down or even drop on the Intuniv… I’m not even sure the Intuniv helps and it could just be making me tired :/
 
Idk… I’m inpatient… I can’t wait any longer.. it’s driving me crazy… I’m even having suicidal thoughts because I’ve just been tired for so long and it’s making me not want to do anything…
 
I take Neurontin for mild anxiety (I know it says it’s for seizures but it has other uses)

I too get suicidal thoughts after being mildly irritated

I at least got a half day in… And I was able to at least do something while I was here
