People who are always trying to stand out and make a scene. They tend to draw a negative light to black culture the most, bUT I can think of some white ratchets.

In the previous era, many of those types of people are social outcasts who don’t often leave their homes. Therefore, their interactions are minimal with the outside world. The internet has enabled such people to “grow” and thrive in front of their monitors without even having to leave the safety and comfort of their homes.

People misattribute pot to being some kind of cognitive enhancer or charming personality.
 
The intelligent use of drugs can’t be attributed to one substance. Technically methamphetamine is a cognitive enhancer but it makes most people phyco degenerates with a malformed sense of competence and motivation.
 
I don’t smoke pot in public. I take one hard rip to the head before I step out into the florida sun, not because it makes me cool or smart, only because it makes me comfortable and I view Marijuana dependance as a weakness, even a retardation.

Drugs aren’t always the issue, the person is.

Me neither. What turned me off of speed is the fact the users are never happy, and they are never focused on honest work.
 
Some drugs are only made to rob losers of their money. Marijuana is a little more honest and less addictive, but it still amounts to robbing the user of happiness and money sometimes.
 
Phychological addiction is always possible. One could have the delusion they always have to buy expensive cheeseburgers to function, and they’d be no different from a heroin fiend

To a degree. Yes.  
Responsibility is a good thing. Even in drug use.  
But that still doesn’t mean drugs don’t play a significant role in their behaviors.
