Avatar the Last Airbender/Korra thread

As Canon as the shows, it’s the official follow up to the series, and will deal with the after math of the book 4 ending, along with Korra and Assami’s relationship, i hope teleporting lemur spirit shows up and give the other spirits hell over the way they acted, basically calling them out on how they treat humans and then warning them that if they piss them off again they won’t be as helpless as they were back when they first stole the planet from them the first time so it won’t go down the same way,

Considering what the current comic industry is like, the story told and that I couldn’t find any page that contradicts this, it doesn’t bode well.

people are already blowing this out of proportion (at least in /co/). more of korra’s line implying the ban is worse than the whole war and air nomad genocide.

Given some of the assumptions about Azula he may well have done it to make sure he got an Heir out of her,
Oh wait lol had Ozai and Sozin mixed up there, in Sozin’s case he may have wanted more people to produce kids for his long ass war,

“aang is gay but he needs to continue the air nomads”
kinda puts a bad light on the whole tenzin-lin-pema thing (did tenzin settle for the first lady willing to make babies).

Aang showed clear interest in Katara so he is at most Bi-Homosexual Hetero/bi romantic,
Unlikely we have seen how both Lin and Tenzin can be, they wouldn’t have worked out,
and i wonder if Kya ever came out like to her family or just in general, kinda hard to picture Katara’s daughter letting tradition or such constrain her,

If that panel is the only thing “off” about the comic, it’s mild in comparison and only exacerbated by the timing it was written.
I guess there’s also the fact that the show has been blamed to be SJW pandering because of its non-white female lead and this only enforces that opinion further, at least within /co/ who made their mind up the moment the premise was announced.

I mean, technically, the entire world and cast is based on Asia, so it is not entirely a wrong observation, either.

quote was a random (due to the anonymous source) quip from /co/ so there’s really not much weight it in (shipper thing).
@Thanotos Omega
i don’t think they have blacks either (dark skinned but not true negroids/congoids)
