Seeing how it’s American-made, and how the Japanese Konami development team might not agree, or change that, I don’t think so.  
Plus, some things in it are much different from the games.

When you think about it it’s almost a miracle it even managed to get two seasons.  
Season 1 was stuck in Development hell it started in 2005 but it didn’t actually enter production until 2015 and I doubt it helps that the hasn’t in a new game since 2014

There was also a cancelled Castlevania movie, I heard. It’s very difficult to get Japanese game licensed movies/animation/comic products approved. Nintendo is especially notorious for turning down those kinda things left, and right. (In fact, they almost wouldn’t let the “Super Mario Super Show” be made according to Danny “Luigi” Wells.)
