Thanks dude, hopefully I’ll recover fully, definetly won’t be weight training for at least a few weeks, pain is much worse today but codeine and naproxen has defintely helped.

Thankfully I have plenty of pain killers, I never throw them away, most tablets are stil effective 20+ years post expiration date.

People take the electric carts at my job for granted. You have those who just use it to sit around and chat with others for what seems like hours or even take it around the adjacent stores around my job even though you’re not allowed to do that meanwhile you have old people who have trouble walking who desperately need them but can’t.

Yeah it was a spam attacker; they mass-spammed a bunch of other forum threads too yesterday. They’ve been banned since then tho which is why its called “Deactivated” now for. It has been indeed a few days since I saw the last spammer/spambot on here.

That’s why I never complain about captchas nor “Are you a robot?” measures.

I’ve seen so many cyber security problems and many cybernetic attacks I’m just not willing to ease off against spammers, specially if it is a barrier I can easily cross with no problem.

They’re annoying alright…but I fear what would people do without spam control.
